Because the demand for fiber processing has increaed and more time for this service is required to work the mill portion of the business, the Yarn & Gift Shop and Office hours have changed.

In appreciation to our customers as well as to clean out your barn for the upcoming 2010 shearing season we are holding a 10% off on orders coming in between January 1, 2010 and February 28, 2010.

Big Sky Quality Wool is located in the heart of Broadus Montana. Our full service mill is equiped with a Davis & Fuber Double Carder, a Warner & Swasey Servo (Pin) Drafter, and new this year - a spinning frame. We now offer you 'grease to yarn' fiber processing.

We take pride in every process and it shows in the final product.

We are a Custom Wool and Fiber Processing Mill with individual attention given to each fleece. And we will work with you during each step so that you will receive the end product that you expect.

It has long been a tradition amoung farmers and ranchers to share stories to learn from each other. What would you like to share?

Classes are held at the MILL at 120 East Holt from 10 AM till Noon each Saturday

End of year

The drop in temperatures recently has caused some accumulation of snow across the area, including on the well-insulated backs of sheep, horses and cattle as we travel down our gravel road to town. It has made our area crisp and white for this Christmas and lingering onto tomorrow the eve of the New Year.
     The 'ladies of the mill' would like to thank everyone who has supported our business. The ladies listen to our customer feed-back and are willing to continually improve on our service to you.
     Wow! five years and still growing, even with the slow economy and uncertainties in the industry we have managed to maintain an even a positive growth thanks to you our extremely fairthful clients. Thank you for your continued support.
